FevGo
Renting a home... first-hand!
Looking for your next home, or moving out of your current one? FEVGO changes the rules of renting by connecting outgoing tenants with future ones!
🏠 What is FEVGO?
FEVGO is the first rental platform where listings are created by the departing tenants themselves, in full agreement with the owner. Say goodbye to impersonal listings and learn the truth about your next home from the person who lived in it.
✨ Why is it different?
First-hand information: Learn real details about utilities, heating and how the home works from the previous tenant.
Direct contact with the owner: Every listing includes the owner’s verified contact number, so you can arrange a viewing with no middlemen.
Win-win for everyone:
- • The new tenant finds a home with an honest review.
- • The departing tenant secures a smooth handover and keeps an excellent relationship with the landlord.
- • The owner quickly finds the next reliable tenant without losing rent.
🚀 How does it work?
Moving out? Post the listing with photos, write your own tips about the home, add your landlord’s phone number (with their approval) and help someone find a place to live.
Looking for a home? Filter your searches by area and price, read the previous tenant’s real insights and call the owner directly to secure it!
