Terms of Use — FevGo

Welcome to FevGo. These Terms of Use govern your use of the FevGo app. By using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Nature of the Service

FevGo is a platform that allows tenants to post listings for the property they are “leaving”, in order to help other tenants find a home.

Important: FevGo operates as an intermediary platform. We are not a real estate agency, we do not manage rents, we do not sign contracts and we have no direct knowledge of the properties that are advertised.

2. User Account

2.1 Creating an account

To post a listing, you must:

Be over 18 years of age
Sign in with a valid Google account
Provide accurate and truthful information

2.2 Account security

You are responsible for keeping your Google account confidential. All actions taken from your account in FevGo are considered yours.

3. Listing Rules

⚠️ Critical rules: Violating these rules may result in the immediate deletion of the listing and of your account.

3.1 One listing per user

Each user may have only one active listing at a time. If you wish to rent out another property, you must first delete your existing listing.

3.2 Accurate and truthful information

You undertake that the information in the listing is truthful:

The property is genuinely available for rent.
The photos are of the actual property.
The price and the features are accurate.
You have informed the owner that their property is being promoted through the app.

3.3 Owner’s phone number

You acknowledge that the phone number you declare belongs to the owner of the property, not to you. You declare responsibly that:

You have the owner’s permission to share their phone number.
The owner knows that they will receive calls from interested parties.
You bear individual responsibility towards the owner.

3.4 Prohibited content

The following is expressly prohibited:

False or misleading listings.
Listings without the owner’s consent.
Spam or multiple accounts.
Pornographic, violent or inappropriate material.
Infringement of intellectual property rights.

4. Listing Duration

Each listing has an automatic expiry system:

Initial duration: 14 days
1st renewal: +10 days (24 days in total).
2nd renewal: +5 days (final total of 29 days).
After the 2nd renewal the listing is permanently deleted.

We reserve the right to change the lifespan of listings in the future, following prior notice through the app.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain the rights to the photos and text you upload. However, you grant FevGo a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content in the app and in related services (e.g. push notifications, sharing).

All graphics, logos and the name “FevGo” are the intellectual property of the app’s administrator.

6. Advertising

The app displays advertisements through the Google AdMob service. For example, to see a listing’s contact phone number, you can either watch a promotional video and see it immediately, or wait a few minutes and see it without an advertisement. Participation in these advertisements is part of the free service. If you do not consent to personalized advertising, the service remains available with non-personalized advertisements. 7. Reports & Complaints

If you come across a false listing or inappropriate content, send an email to info@fevgo.gr. For a wrong phone number, you can report it through the app using the “Report” field below the listing’s phone number.

We reserve the right to immediately delete listings or accounts that violate these Terms of Use, without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

⚠️ Important: FevGo is an intermediary platform. We are not responsible for transactions between users.

Within the limits of the applicable legal framework, FevGo bears no liability regarding:

The accuracy or completeness of listings
Disputes between tenants and owners
Financial losses from transactions made through contacts obtained in the app
Service interruptions or technical problems
Loss of data (although we take all necessary measures to secure it)
Actions of third parties (Google, AdMob, users, etc.)

We recommend that all users verify the details of the properties and do not make any payments before visiting the property.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account:

If you violate the Terms of Use.
If we detect fraudulent behavior.
Following a valid legal request.

You can terminate your account at any time from the app’s Settings (“Delete account”) or from the account deletion page.

10. Amendments to the Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Use. In the event of material changes, we will notify you through the app up to 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use and the use of the app are governed by Greek law. For any dispute that arises, the general provisions on the jurisdiction of the Greek courts apply, with express reservation of the mandatory provisions of consumer protection legislation and of the special rules governing property leases.
